Exchange Policy
1. Our "Cut-to-Order" Guarantee
Please note that once a fabric is cut from the roll according to your specific meterage, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because the fabric has been permanently altered for your individual requirement.
We ONLY accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

Damaged Product:
In case of a damaged product, we recommend opting for Open Box Delivery (where available) to verify the product at the time of delivery. This helps prevent fraudulent return claims.

Incorrect Item:
If the fabric or colour sent is completely different from what you ordered.

Inaccurate Length:
If the fabric delivered is shorter than the meterage you purchased.
To be eligible for a return in these cases, the fabric must be unwashed, uncut by you or your tailor, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return (For Defective Items)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Photo Evidence:
Share a short unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect.

Contact Us:
Email us at contact.support@asapfabric.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID along with the photos and videos.

Inspection:
Our team in Ahmedabad will review your claim. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

Resolution:
We will either send a fresh replacement of the same fabric or issue a credit note valid for 1 year.
3. Cancellations
- Unstitched Fabric: Orders can be cancelled only if the fabric has not been cut from the roll. Once the fabric has been cut, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Color Disclaimer
We strive to display the colors of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and digital photography, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
We do not accept returns based on minor color shade variations.
